| | | Meditation is a state of relaxation and wether you are using meditation to develop your psychic abilities or just as a relaxation you need to find a quiet place to sit and take time out.It is impossible to empty your mind so just try to concentrate your mind on a peaceful scene perhaps a place you know or allow your imagination to build up a place, perhaps a warm beach or peaceful garden, taking a few deep breathes feel your body begin to relax.Sometimes it can seem difficult to do this but with practice you will soon be able to ignore external noises and really drift off.Some people find it easier to concentrate on their meditation when they have someone who can guide or talk them towards meditation if this is the case for you check out my products page.
